RE-TEST FEE: COMPREHENSIVE PILATES CERTIFICATION

THIS FEE IS TO CONFIRM YOUR RE-TEST FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

This fee applies to students who did not meet the required passing standards for one or more apparatuses during the Comprehensive Test-Out. The Comprehensive evaluation is assessed holistically across all apparatuses and teaching components. If one or more sections are not passed, a re-test is required.

The $250 Re-Test Fee covers your scheduled re-evaluation across all necessary apparatuses, instructor time, administrative processing, and certification review. You will only be required to re-test on the specific apparatuses that were not passed during your initial assessment.

• Please Contact Destany (destany@studioxpilates.com) to Book Your Re-Test within 30 Days of Submitting this Payment.

Payment Policy:

• Full payment of $250 is due no later than March 20th, 2026 to confirm participation.

• Failure to submit payment by the deadline will forfeit your re-test spot.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• An additional $250 re-test fee will apply for any cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests after the payment deadline.
